Their first album, Matrícula de Honor, came in 1978. The Spanish-Argentinian foursome disbanded in 1983 after issuing four records. Nevertheless, ex-Los Abuelos de la Nada Andrés Calamaro joined him to assemble a new band named Los Rodríguez. They became a major number in the Latin music scene after releasing the successful Sin Documentos. The talented singer/guitarist/producer returned to his solo career in 1997.
