Spirits... Live At Buckhead Theatre

In the fall of 2013, Justin Hayward, legendary lead singer, guitarist and songwriter for the Moody Blues, embarked on a brief tour of the East Coast of America. It would mark only the second time in his long and illustrious career that Justin would tour as a solo artist. For the first time, highlights from his latest solo album Spirits of the Western Sky would be performed live alongside Moody Blues classics Nights in White Satin, Tuesday Afternoon and Your Wildest Dreams. In addition to rarely performed Moody Blues tracks such as It's Up to You, New Horizons and Land of Make Believe, Justin's worldwide solo hit Forever Autumn would be highlighted among the setlist. For this performance, Justin would be joined on stage by two regular Moody Blues touring members Julie Ragins (keyboards, percussion, backing vocals) and Alan Hewitt (keyboards, backing vocals) along with guitarist extraordinaire Mike Dawes. The concert, recorded on the final night of the tour at Atlanta's landmark Buckhead Theatre would prove to be a magical night for all those fortunate enough to attend.
