The Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert for AIDS Awareness was an open-air concert held on Easter Monday, 20 April 1992 at London's Wembley Stadium, for an audience of 72,000. The concert was broadcast live on television and radio to 76 countries around the world, with an audience of up to one billion. The remaining members of Queen, John Deacon, Brian May and Roger Taylor came to organise an open air concert to celebrate the life and legacy of Mercury, as well as raise money to launch The Mercury Phoenix Trust AIDS charity organisation. This is the Main Show which features Zucchero, Robert Plant, George Michael, Axl Rose and more.
