These two concerts cover, from their very last performance of "The Black Parade" in Mexico City, Mexico on October 7th, 2007 at Palacio De Los Deportes, to their live performance in Hoboken, New Jersey on October 24th 2007 at Maxwell's. "The Black Parade Is Dead!" includes a total of 33 live tracks, which consist of I'm Not Okay (I Promise), Helena, Teenagers, Welcome to the Black Parade, and others.
