CEO and Co-Founder
Brian Lisi is the CEO and founder of Qello, where he leads the vision and innovation in video distribution as a global market leader. In 2010, he launched the first niche content vertical in the “Concert Film” space in more than 160 countries with 22,000 hours of content across every relevant OTT platform.
Brian has more than 17 years of experience applying leading-edge technology solutions to media and financial verticals. His clients have included Orange, Blackberry, Microsoft, and Intuit.
Prior to founding Qello, Brian built a track record of leadership and innovation. He was the driving force behind online financial data aggregation properties where he authored , developed, and implemented the leading middleware transactional platform for 35 of the largest financial and brokerage institutions including Fidelity, UBS, and Merrill Lynch. As a trusted technology advisor, he earned a reputation with leading financial institutions and premier technology companies in the development of emerging information systems. Brian also ran an integration consultancy for technology strategy and systems development serving the Private Client and Wealth Management groups.
Chief Revenue Officer & Co-Founder
As Qello's Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Richard manages all content and asset monetization. Richard is also the President and Owner of East Lake Consultants, a business consulting firm with a focus on technology start-ups. Among some of East Lake's clients, include MailingLists.com, Caranda Fine Foods, Media Addiction, and Assurenet, where Johnson sits on the Board of Directors. Prior to launching East Lake, Johnson was a partner in Infinite Media, a data-marketing firm. Richard spent the first 10 years of his career in private wealth management, and was SVP at Blue Stone Capital in San Francisco and New York.
President and Co-Founder
Bob Frank is a veteran in the music industry, with more than 20 years in executive roles. As Qello's President, Bob handles all content acquisition, content management, and rights management.
Prior to Co-Founding Qello, Bob served as President of E1 Music Worldwide (formerly KOCH Records) and E1 Music Publishing (formerly KOCH Music Publishing), the content divisions of the largest independent music company in North America. Under his leadership, E1 Music placed over 200 albums on the Billboard Independent chart, far outpacing the competition and maintaining the #1 Billboard ranking for that period. Before E1, Bob was President of Walter Yetnikoff's Velvel Music Group, and General Manager/SVP at PolyGram, primarily at Mercury Records in Nashville.
Bob serves on a host of music related charity organizations, including: The Merlin Organization, a global rights organization representing the Independent music sector; the TJ Martell Foundation that raises money for cancer research; the annual Martell Family Day; and the UJA Federation - Music for Youth Board that distributes funds for music programs and scholarships for underprivileged children in New York City and surrounding areas.
Senior Vice President of Marketing
Jason Katz is a creative executive with nearly 15 years of experience across Fortune 500 and startup companies. As Qello's Senior Vice President of Marketing, Jason oversees and manages all paid marketing, platform/artist programs, communications, content merchandising, engineering backlog, conversion funnel, analytics, and operations.
Prior to joining Qello, Jason worked at American Express for 8+ years in various consumer-marketing roles. Before AMEX, Jason worked as a consultant for Internet startups and in financial services, as well as in marketing roles at the NBA, HBO, and Comedy Central.
Jason received his MBA from Columbia University and his BA from Brandeis University. He lives in Westchester with his wife and 3 children. Jason is a guitar player and singer.
Nicole Zeitzer Johnson
Director of Communications
As Director of Communications, and music aficionado Nicole handles Qello's press and manages the Qello message internally and externally. Prior to joining Qello, Nicole was a Communications consultant for several companies including a leading women's organization, a worldwide advertising giant, and a Fortune 300 financial services company. In this role Zeitzer Johnson served as Press Director and also developed, produced, hosted, and managed an array of brand-specific video content. With a passion for multi-media and technical convergence, Nicole's roots are in traditional television; she was a producer at CNN for 10 years, which included a stint on CNN International's The Music Room. Nicole was also a producer at NBC.
Senior iOS Developer
As Qello's Senior iOS Developer, Dave has been instrumental in shaping Qello's iOS strategy, UI design, and app development. Dave is the founder of Electric Butterfly, Inc. with almost 20 years of experience building web sites, software applications, and mobile solutions. When he's not creating iOS apps, he can be found writing. Dave is the author of the bestselling book "The Business of iPhone and iPad App Development" and a co-author of "Beginning iPad Development for iPhone Developers" (both published by Apress), and has written numerous articles for leading tech publications, including a monthly software marketing column for MacTech Magazine. He also served as an adjunct professor for New York University SCPS, teaching "The Business Side of iPhone and iPad App Development" (based on his Apress book).
Dominick has more than a decade of design experience. He has worked for a variety of startups doing everything from designing websites, print and marketing materials, logos, to creating apps for various devices across multiple digital platforms. He brings a special blend of creativity, versatility, and leadership to his current role as Creative Director of Qello.
Dominick studied art while attending SUNY Albany and later the Parson School of Design. He is an avid music fan, especially of Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, and The Velvet Underground. Dominick currently lives in Queens with his wife and daughter.
Tracie King has been in the design and illustration world for over 15 years. She began her career in the publishing industry working for magazine titles such as ELLE and Pregnancy. Her love of technology and mobility propelled her to begin designing for the mobile realm. Prior to joining Qello, King was the Senior UI Designer at The Hyperfactory where she designed the mobile apps for Lowe's, Scott's, and Liberty Mutual as well we the mobile website for American Express. She also illustrated numerous mobile games for Gerber.
Tracie's true love of music and technology guided her to the Art Director role at Qello. She received her BFA in Communication Arts from East Carolina University and currently lives in Brooklyn with her husband and 2 children.
Some of Tracie’s favorite artists include Local Natives, Ben Harper, the Beastie Boys, Little Dragon, Mumford & Sons, and The Black Keys.

Jennifer joined the Qello team in 2011, shortly after earning her Bachelors Degree in 2010 from College of Charleston. With a passion for music, entertainment, and new media digital applications, Jennifer oversees the publishing of all assets within each platform, among many other things. Prior to Qello, Jennifer was working with Rhony Mccord from Real Housewives of New York.
Jennifer’s music taste is quite eclectic spanning from Royal Opera House, Beyonce to Frank Sinantra.
